Swimming, Ice Cream, Camp, Playgrounds, Long Days, I could just keep listing a ton of things that I love about the summer. I really enjoyed going to camp with Madeline. I was at the pool all the time this summer - seeing friends and swimming like a fish. And among other things, I took Gymnastics with my friends Abbie and Sofie, and I even began my musical career this summer, when my neighbor Lauren helped me learn to play the violin. I miss the summer already...good thing daddy took some pictures!
The pool is one of my favorite places to hang out during the summer. I like sun bathing, swimming with my friends, and jumping off the diving board. I'd probably like it even more if mommy and daddy let me get something when the ice cream man drives by...hint...hint.
I even learned a few new tricks on the diving board this summer - check out the videos:
Not all of my time was spent outside this summer. Mommy and daddy thought it would be fun for me to learn to play violin. I really had fun learning with Lauren, and I think that she did a pretty good job. Now, where's the rest of my orchestra?
One of the highlights of the summer was when my cousins came up from Texas to visit me. We had lots of fun going to the county fair, we spent a day at Hershey Park, and we had lots of fun just hanging out.
Good thing Jayme liked the same rides that I liked!
I really enjoyed playing with Jayme, Andrew, and Evan, and we even had my other cousins over for a BBQ as well.
With my improved swimming, daddy was insistent that I work on my paddling skills. I had more fun when we went kayaking with Uncle Zack.
And, of course, what would a summer be without some time to bond with my cousin Amy. Here we are discussing which rides we want to go on at the State Fair.
Amy was a little too small for this one ride, but daddy was nice enough to join me (as long as I promised to hold his hand when he got scared...)
Oh, I forgot to mention another favorite part of the summer...at the end - it's my BIRTHDAY!!! Check out my birthday pictures on the next page!
